Santam’s Merit Motor Claims department has a position available for Theft Motor Claims Service Consultant based in Auckland Park.
What will you do?
This incumbent owns the client and is accountable for all claim interactions directly with the client and the broker.
Processing of claims administration end to end and is responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing all actions on claims in the Motor Theft channel. The CSC will ensure that the claim is validated and Theft and quantum assessors are appointed through engaging with the relevant stakeholders. Qualification and Experience

Experience in claims handling process
Up to date with current claims processes
Customer service -interaction with role players in the motor industry
