Inherent Requirements
Sales Managing online, telephonic, and walk in sales on a daily basis by preparing quotes and taking walk-in payments via the Yoco payment system within 24 hours on receiving the request. Managing Fresh Desk sales communications and queries daily relating to sales. Upselling on all products Customer Service Managing Fresh Desk communications and queries daily relating to afters ales queries and complaints. After sales follows ups and client reviews on the day after delivery. Product knowledge Attend and actively participate in all training provided by the B2B manager. Continuously apply methods and principles learned to the work environment, processes, systems, and teams.
