Our client based in Randburg is looking to hire a Multi-skilled Retentions Consultant. 2+ Years experience in Insurance Retentions - MUST have completed RE5 & MUST be fully FAIS accredited.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure retention targets are met daily, weekly and monthly that is set out by the business
- Follow business process on all campaigns
- Finding innovative solutions to save policies
- Effectively build solid internal relationships
- Ensure internal SLAs are met daily, weekly, monthly
- Demonstrate an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products, services, claims processes and retention criteria
- Ensure understanding of the features and benefits of our products when interacting with customers
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints timeously
- Adhere to agreed processes in order to deliver operational results
- Maintain efficient work flow and administrative processes
- Ensure follow-up calls are adhered to
- Ensure that the customer understands the product
- Ensure adherence to call back times and regular follow up when liaising with clients
- Complete administrative tasks whilst keeping accurate and detailed stats and notes of all communication with clients
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Must have successfully completed the RE 5 qualification
- Must be fully FAIS accredited
EXPERINECE
- Experience in short- and or long-term insurance products
- Must have a proven Retentions or Sales track record (with references) in Insurance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Retentions role in a call centre environment
SKILLS
- Specialist knowledge and skills with regards to Insurance policies/ procedures
- Computer Literate (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
- Excellent telephonic sales and service ability
- Vernacular an advantage
- Understand importance of confidentiality with regards to clients’ financial information
- Consultant must be adaptable
