Job Summary
- To maintain the Hotel’s payroll system in order to ensure timely payment of wages according to Four Seasons Hotels policies and procedures and all applicable legislation.
- To review, verify, process payroll data and ensure payroll register has been reviewed and approved (signed evidence on final page of payroll register) by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance and Director of P&C prior to distribution of payroll funds.
- To review reports from outside payroll service and bring any discrepancies to the attention of the Assistant Director of Finance immediately.
- To monitor payroll procedures and practices to ensure adherence to all applicable legislation and established guidelines.
