Minimum requirements for the role:
- Previous experience having worked in a Customer Services or related role dealing with customers is preferred however the company will consider training up the right person who has no experience into this role.
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with customers.
- Must be computer literate with good Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with potential customers regarding the companys ISP products.
- Liaising with internal and external staff regarding customer queries.
- Capturing information and generating reports when required to do so.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
