The Direct Sales Division is a division within the MoreCorp Group, distributing mainly Taylormade and Ecco products to Golf retailers.
Job Functions Administration Industries Sport & Recreation SpecificationResponsible for all Morecorp Direct Sales Head Office administration.
Requirements- Audit National SOH to see if any special orders can be serviced from local inventory.
- Place order and give weekly feedback until completely delivered.
- Capture of all GRV’s
- Invoice customers directly (mostly special orders)
- Oversee the shipment of special orders to all customers.
- Stock Counts (minimum of 6 per year)
- Process all stock adjustments
- Capture marketing write offs against relevant database by means of a Sales Order or actual write off.
- Oversee that all marketing and sponsorship goods are delivered to the intended parties once written off.
- Capture of sales orders in line with customer needs (account credit facility permitting)
- Capture of Quotes
- On order report (to see what will arrive when)
- Oversee all cross-border shipments (with the assistance of the International supply chain assistant)
- Special replenishment orders on behalf of stores against Value Logistics
- Call centre support as Head Office (field all general customer queries)
- Capture Franchise for DS and Pro shop stock.
- Capture Corporate stock
- Oversee all claims
- Write off’s and replacements
- Capture refund’s and send to relevant party’s
