MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
Grade 12 or equivalent experience
0-1 year work experience within a customer service environment

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to client issues, problems, complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner. Follow up to ensure resolutions.

Act as a Liaison between the organization and client addressing customer care and complaint issues.

Process system sales, placement and rental of instruments in SAP.

Process sales orders, customer quotations for both RSA and export markets, credit notes and invoices in SAP ensuring full SOX compliance and in a timely manner.

Request freight estimates for shipments outside SA where needed.

Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Process Export orders in line with all HBDC terms and conditions.

Monitor and manage the customer service general email inbox accordingly.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Complete all internal trainings timeously.

Maintain compliance for all SOP’s and company policies.

Maintain and update customers database and account information.

Process customer accounts and file documents.
