DUTIES

Administration of all current and new queries/complaints
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Administration of all Call Centre daily reconciliation reports
Operate the company CRM system to log community or operational queries and escalate them on the system to the correct contact point.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Provide general administrative support to the OPS & Finance Manager
Acting as the point of contact to employees, clients and other external partners.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Process ad-hoc bank payments.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven administrative support experience.
Must be proficient on a laptop or computer.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Must be fluent in English & Sesotho (Pedi).
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Reporting skills.
Time management skills.
National senior certificate / Grade 12 is essential.
3 years experience in Call Centre Environment is essential

SALARY

Salary will be in line with skills and experience.
