Pref for immediate start. Min 5 years solid experience working in a recruitment agency - essential. Stable work record. Experience in headhunting and working in insurance/banking and actuarial. Experience in cold calling will be an advantage but not essential. Able to multitask and work under pressure. Strong computer literacy. Above average written and spoken English communication.
