Managing and maintaining operational aspects of the Office

Creditors

Debtors

Payroll input

Staff liaison

Client liaison

Arrange meetings

HR related tasks i.e. record keeping; Warnings; Letters

Policies and procedures

Managing office budget

Replenishment of stock used in the office

General secretarial duties

3 to 5 years experience in similar role

Related tertiary qualification will be an advantage

Experience using Pastel Partner 5

MS Office

Understanding of Payroll and HR related matters

Experience in Debtors and Creditors

Highly organised

High attention to detail

Experience dealing with customers

Experience within the mining and engineering industry will be an advantage

Due to client base - able to converse fluently in Afrikaans

Superior written and verbal communication
