Client based in the North is seeking a Marketing Traffic Lead to oversee and take accountability for, the roll-out of the company?s Marketing Campaigns as conceived by the team, through various designed marketing channels. The main objective is to ensure that all marketing collateral and work from account services flows efficiently to creative and production departments.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will provide assistance and support to the Head of Marketing by co-ordinating the efforts of the other leads, and will work collaboratively within the Marketing and broader HBSA team, and is mandated to set deadlines and deliverables from said other heads.
  • Undertaking and scheduling daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Support marketing executive and marketing team in coordinating and organising various projects.
  • Marketing hotline management. (dealing with queries, problems, cross selling, etc)
  • Update Marketing Head Trello Inbox and summarise roadblocks daily for Head to clear where necessary.
  • Act as the main port of contact for external agencies such as web designers, artwork and printing suppliers
  • Assist with the management of the marketing budget; for example, through processing invoices
  • Provide administrative support by making and answering phone calls and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Sourcing quotes for branding materials. (Banners, brochures, giveaways etc)
  • Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional materials. (giveaways, brochures, business cards, etc)
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data. (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) in collaboration with data science contractor.
  • Conduct research on competitors and markets and generate reports.
  • Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires in collaboration with data science contractor.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in marketing or creative discipline or equivalent
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering on multiple high-priority projects
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment advantageous
  • Skilled in traffic planning systems and delivery.
  • Relevant experience in scheduling, loading and co-ordinating complex, rolling campaigns.
  • Knowledge of abilities and limitations of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experienced in learning environments
  • Good understanding of the higher education environment
  • Relevant high-volume traffic management experience (minimum 3 years) in a medium/large advertising agency
  • Experience in a business school advantageous
  • Experience in multi-channel environment: print, digital, social, presentation, video, content management
  • Experienced with oversight of vendors and internal supplier/client relationships
