The HR Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by administering and processing information and data pertaining to the full life cycle of an employee whilst ensuring accuracy at all times.

  • Providing general HR support to business when required.
  • Ensure effective service delivery to meet customer needs within specified SLA’s.
  • Conduct comparative check between personnel file information and information on the Sage 300 People system in order to rectify system and data anomalies.
  • Assist with Audits in relation to employee administration related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with set turnaround times and standards.
  • Assist in Creating and update information, reporting and documentation related to the system(s) (library, maintenance, system organisational architecture and security) as per stakeholder requirements
  • Deal with system errors and ensuring the errors are picked up during the process and rectified.
  • Provide expert support services with respect to HR administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the national HR Team ,Payroll and Talent Team.
  • Establish successful working relationships across the Telesure Group
  • Establish effective working relationship with Finance Department (Payroll)
  • Keep up to date with changes in company policy, procedure and structures.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR systems
  • Maintaining an effective HR filing systems through ensuring the Iron Mountain (supplier) process is adhered to.
  • Proactively identify problem areas i.e. Hierarchy Structures and Departmental information, Leave Policies.
  • Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort.
  • Support the Treating Customers Fairly principles by providing direction and monitoring the delivery of the TCF behaviors and outcomes.

Experience in high volume administration with supporting between 700-900 staff.
Requirements
Essential:
  • Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
  • 2-3 years Administration experience within Human Resources Department
  • SAGE 300 People Systems experience

Desirable
  • HR Certificate/Diploma
