Job & Company Description:
Senior technology manager responsible for working with business units, providing reporting and analysis to meet strategic priorities. Technology Strategist tasked with bringing together various threads of activities into a coherent technology strategy for key evolving and growing technologies. Gather information on current projects, track progress towards COE goals on an ongoing basis, manage the relationships with external associates.
Education:
- Post Graduate Degree in Business or qualification in Quantitative field
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 7 plus years working experience as a management consultant, strategy analyst or technology manager with demonstrated levels of increasing liability
- Warrant that all processes are in place and that reporting, and compliance is adequate across the business
- Provide monthly reports to exco
- Constantly evaluate the group technology COE landscape and optimize structure and output
- Run period reviews of the effectiveness of individual COEs and drive identified improvements through to implementation
- Define relevant and measurable KPIs for individual COEs in collaboration with COE chairs and ensure implementation of supporting measurement infrastructure
- Define standardized reporting templates for monthly and annual reporting and take ownership of the monthly exco pack
- Budget management, Technology Management, Innovation Management, Process Management, Cost/Budget Management, Risk Management, Market Intelligence
- Ability to author and present presentations to senior executives
- Statistical, mathematical, predictive modelling, forecasting and business strategy skills
