- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Provide Leadership and direction to direct reports.
- Manage staff resources to ensure optimal staffing requirements.
- Ensure highly trained and motivated direct reports.
- Ensure bad debt targets are achieved by reducing bad debts provision and targeting late stage debtors.
- Accurate and timeous reports produced as per required deadlines.
- Develop and implement incentives and campus targets for collections.
- Application and adherence of group credit policies.

Provides operational support to the Group Credit Manager with regards to maintaining of accounts receivable and administration.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Credit Management
- 3-5 years in financial and collections management.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Leadership skills

- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High degree of Integrity.
