Branch Manager ? Jet Park JHB area (lifting equipment)
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with extensive managerial skills to join their team in Jet Park, JHB area
Minimum requirements:
- MUST HAVE Experience – managerial, technical role, sales and finance
- Reports to CEO in CT
- Responsible for 19 staff members
- Company culture described as “diverse”
- There is a lot of field work – Branch Manager will go out with Rep in order to bring in new business
- MUST be hands-on
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Reporting to DH/PM – weekly/monthly
- Daily monitoring of all company operations, activities etc., i.e. - Ensuring all crane techs fully deployed on all sites- i.e. where contracts held and other
- Scoping of jobs with ops manager
- Ensuring all quotes are timeously submitted
- Safety compliance, medical, training etc.
- Lifting Tackle fully deployed
- Workshop activities (hoist repairs etc.)
- Weekly financial assessments
- Monitoring of sales
- Weekly monitoring of day work sheets and other activities of admin clerk
