MUST HAVE:
- Matric and IT Certificate / Qualification
- Valid Drivers and Own Car (Will be required to travel to Clients)
- Assist with Tickets on Help Desk
- Deligation of Tickets to On Road Technicians
- Commucation between Technicians on new calls logged
- Provide Technical Assistance to clients
